To help protect an owner's interests in IT projects, AardQuest provides an independent, objective assessment of scheduling, cost, and quality issues once we are engaged by our client. Cost planning and management (CPM) and project management (PM) services are available at any phase of a project, regardless of its duration or intricacy.

We work closely with the functional business and IT units to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of project solutions deployed in support of business goals and objectives.

Project and Program Management Includes:

• Project planning, estimating, tracking and management in accordance with the client’s IT governance policies.
• Working closely with the business functional areas, IT, external consultants and vendors, and the program management office in defining project priorities, scope, approach, resource requirements, schedule, deliverables and funding.
• Providing leadership and direction to the project team.
• Managing service delivery and overall project performance.

AardQuest System Development Life Cycle (ASDLC)

Having a proper system development life cycle (SDLC) is essential to the success of any project. While the traditional SDLC model can benefit IT projects generally, at AardQuest, we have created a new SDLC – the AardQuest System Development Life Cycle or ASDLC – which emphasizes client and end user input early and often in the project cycle, and creates new SDLC phases for successful deployment and management of each IT project in which it is leveraged.
