AardQuest blends technology with sound instructional principles to develop highly effective training. We understand that, as new tools are deployed in the workplace, users must be provided with insight on how best to use these tools. AardQuest designs materials that not only meet clients’ instructional needs, but meets each client’s delivery requirements as well.

AardQuest employs the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model to create instruction. First, we conduct an analysis to determine a client’s training needs. Next, the instruction is designed based on the analysis. Here, the most appropriate instructional methodologies are determined along with the best delivery methods. These may include:

• Classroom-based presentations
• Synchronous online presentations
• Self-paced online learning
• Training manuals
• Job aids
• Quick-start guides

The instruction, and any associated documentation, is then developed as prescribed in the design phase. Once complete, the instruction is implemented either onsite, online, or some combination of both. Finally, the instruction is evaluated to ensure that actual learning has taken place. Opportunities for improvement are identified and then carried out.
